Kevin Leas' pictures of February's Gorilla Theatre!

PAUL NELLIS lets the crowd know what it's in for.

PAUL NELLIS, T.R., and BRIAN have a game of poker.

BRIAN.

Uh...BRIAN. Again.

BEKI and TIM have a scene together...it's pretty sad to think that this will be BEKI's last improv show with Geva Comedy Improv...good luck in NYC, kiddo!

Audience member TIM, TIM, and TIM pose for a group shot of Tims.

BRIAN and BEKI on stage.

GCI dines, drinks with Our Town cast!

Geva Comedy Improv card-carriers T.R. and TIM played host to a few members of the cast of Our Town, now on the Mainstage at Geva Theatre Center, and running through March 25! We broke camp and went out to one of GCI's favorite night spots, ACME!

On a side note, we tried yelling and calling for you, PAUL NELLIS, as we walked by your apartment building on our way to ACME, but gained no reply. Where were you?

Waiting on pizza is GUY, VIRGINIA, and T.R.!

ANNE-MARIE and PATRICK join the conversation over pints.

Always the gracious host, T.R. sat amongst the sleds and laptop bags and other detritus at the back of TIM's car so the cast might all be able to fit in more spacious, comfortable climes of the car!

Vermontians, Penguins, and Goodbye to Beki!

As always, the honorable KEVIN LEAS was on hand at our Theatre Sports show this past Friday. It was the best of times (the show guest-starred new Friend-of-GCI MUNSON HICKS) and the saddest of times (With a hot new job in NYC, BEKI said farewell), but as always, a great time! Thanks to Friday Night's raucus, nutty crowd...what a fantastic time!

PAUL NELLIS, before the show.

BRIAN warms up the crowd.

Everyone's favorite Vermontian, MUNSON HICKS, takes time from Geva Theatre Center's Our Town to help TIM (also in Our Town) find air conditioners at Wal Mart.

T.R. plays along.

SWITHUN sings an ode of goodbye to his penguin.

MUNSON can't seem to make it to the bowling championship.

BEKI and TIM.

JUDGE NICK gets the boos.

For BEKI's last theatre sports show, the gang pulled out a classic Mocha Nipple Jam. Here, PAUL NELLIS gives BEKI a verse she'll never forget. Good luck in NYC, BEKI!

Micetro pictures from Kevin Leas!

Last week's Micetro show was full of adventure, excitement, and unexpected heroes and heroines! CHARLEY fought valiantly to keep his title of Big Cheese of Micetro, but in the end it was...well...see for yourself!

TIM gets the crowd ready to roll.

Friend-of-GCI JESSICA stands ready at the Micetro Points Board!

CHARLEY gets ready to defend his title.

PAUL NELLIS plays Hesitation.

Back from Florida, GCI O.G. JOANNA plays with SWITHUN and T.R.

A volunteer is serenaded by T.R., PAUL NELLIS, and BRIAN.

At the end of the first half, cuts were made, and unfortunately, PAUL NELLIS and CHARLEY were eliminated!

More cuts are made through the night, and left standing? ARTHUR, JOANNA, and SWITHUN.

JOANNA performs a scene with CHARLEY'S dad, MR. BELLER!

The end of the night...who's the champ??? ARTHUR, the World's Greatest Musical Improvisor and 2007 Micetro champ! Thanks to everyone that came out!

Kevin Leas' pictures of THEATRE SPORTS!

Another great set of shows last weekend, and here we are with another batch or two of KEVIN'S pictures...thanks to everyone that came out and saw the shows; great crowds!

As always, we inherit whatever stage Geva Theatre Center has up in The Nextstage...LOST AND FOUNDLING'S set was pret-ty cool. Here we're getting ready for the Friday Night show!

It would appear that BRIAN and TIM have CHARLEY cornered.

The magnetic T.R. hosts.

We were very lucky to have a bunch of old friends come out and play with us! Here, GCI O.G. MOOKIE sits with his fellow teammates, PAUL NELLIS and SWITHUN.

BRIAN and CHARLEY share a precious moment.

The gang all shares a Precious Moment.

Slide Show.

MOOKIE does what he does best - physical acrobatics that get Geva Theatre Center's lawyers and insurance people reallllly nervous.

Mr. President - don't do it!

At last Thursday's rehearsal we were graced with the presence of NAFTALI, CHARLEY'S son. There were very interesting "scenes with a baby." Here, the boy gives a monologue as President of the United States.

Pics from the last weekend!

Thanks to everyone that came out and saw our rockin' weekend of shows...sold-out houses, new friends from other improv troupes, 2007...we had it alll! Here are some pictures from Saturday Night's Follow the Leader show, courtesy of Mr. KEVIN LEAS!

PAUL NELLIS readies the crowd!

TIM and SWITHUN work out a deal.

T.R. interrogates!

The gang watches the action from the sides.

CHARLEY does that thing he does so well.

Our special guest BRAD FORTIER - all the way from Portland Oregon - takes the troupe from a ride.

A little catch-up: The Geva Theatre Center Holiday Party!

NANNETTE NOCON - nationally recognized financial planner and Big Gun at Geva Theatre Center - delightfully hosted the Geva Theatre Center Holiday Party at her lovely apartment in downtown Rochester a few weeks ago. Here are some pics I took with my cell phone (as much as I'd love it, I cannot carry KEVIN LEAS around every where I go):

T.R., as smooth as always, is pictured center with BRIAN right next to him, looking a little more casual but just as smooth. T.R. later stole the painting he's standing in front of and a Dale Chihuly that was above NANETTE'S tv.

Later that night we brodied the party and hit up Lux for a little late-night frivolity; here, T.R. lines up his shot at the pool table. He later stole the pool table in a daring heist.
